Recipient Responsibility: Any person accepting access to a shared profile must have legal authority to view this health information. This may include parents, legal guardians, appointed caregivers, or healthcare professionals with appropriate consent. By accepting a profile share invitation, you confirm you have the legal right to access this information. Unauthorised access to another person's health data may constitute a breach of data protection law and other applicable legislation.
